All 42 rooms and apartments are air-conditioned. Each has a fully equipped kitchenette (with a fridge), a washing machine, a bathroom, an LCD TV, a safe, external blackout blinds, a French balcony or terrace, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Lux and Apartman Superior are family rooms for 4 guests: they have 2 beds and a 180 × 200 cm sofa bed for 2 more guests. Apartman Deluxe is our largest family apartment, suitable for a family of up to 5: it has 2 beds, a 180 × 200 cm sofa bed for 2 guests and a 90 × 180 cm sofa bed for 1 guest. Apartman Balcony sleeps up to 3 guests (2 + 1): it has a double bed for 2 guests and a 100 × 200 cm sofa for 1 guest. The other types have a double bed for 2 guests.

The prices in the table are the lowest prices per night for 2 guests. For more than 2 guests the price depends on the apartment type and the number of beds: a stay for a family of 2 + 2 (2 adults and 2 children) costs from €130 per night. Prices apply all year round and depend on availability. Spa entry is included and breakfast costs €10 per person. A local accommodation tax of €3 per adult per night is added to the price. An extra bed is available on request for €25 per night and a baby cot on request free of charge, both subject to availability.

Long-stay apartment rental

We also rent out apartments by the month or by the year. Monthly rent starts from €1,140 including taxes. We rent for a minimum of 1 month and the security deposit is €500. The price includes:

• high-speed Wi-Fi
• a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery
• a washing machine in the apartment
• gym access 24 hours a day
• cleaning once a week, fresh bed linen and towels every two weeks
• parking in a car park monitored 24 hours a day
• air conditioning, an LCD TV with more than 20 channels, a safe and blackout blinds
• energy costs, as long as consumption does not exceed €100 per month

Long-stay guests can use the spa (pool and saunas) daily from 18:00 to 21:00 for an extra charge. We also accommodate company employees and invoice the company.

The SPA Barok wellness centre

The SPA Barok is the wellness centre of the BAROK Hotel. The indoor stainless-steel pool with a counter-current system measures 8 × 3 m and is 1.5 m deep, and the water is 32 °C. The sauna area has an infrared sauna, a steam sauna and a Finnish sauna; you can relax by a waterfall wall.

The spa is open Monday to Friday 18:00–21:00, and on Saturday and Sunday 7:00–13:00 and 18:00–21:00. Entry is included in the room price for hotel guests. The spa is not open to the public. Children of any age may use the pool; parents are responsible for their children. Hotel guests can also use the gym.

Traditional Thai massages and other treatments are given by Thai therapists. A traditional Thai massage costs from €41 for 60 minutes; the full massage price list is at thespa.sk.

Families with children

Right inside the BAROZA restaurant there is an indoor playroom with a certified Dutch climbing playhouse for up to 20 children. The play corner is monitored by a camera, so you can watch your children on a monitor from your table. The restaurant also has a children’s menu.

The grounds have an outdoor playground, a climbing wall and a multi-sport court for ball games. Children of any age may use the indoor pool in the spa during spa opening hours; parents are responsible for their children.

We also organise children’s parties. The price is set individually, based on the food and drink ordered and the number of guests; we can arrange entertainers for an extra charge.

BAROZA restaurant

BAROZA Restaurant & Bistro is part of the hotel complex. Its concept is modern Slovak cuisine – traditional Slovak dishes in a contemporary form. The head chef is Jozef Biró.

The Gault&Millau 2025 guide rates the restaurant 13 points out of 20, with two toques. The Falstaff Restaurant Guide Slovakia 2026 gives it 88 points out of 100 and two forks: 45 out of 50 for food, 18 out of 20 for service, 17 out of 20 for the wine list and 8 out of 10 for ambience.

It is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 16:00; the kitchen is open until 15:30. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday. By arrangement, we also open in the evening or at the weekend for guests with a reservation.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 on the ground floor of the main building and costs €10 per person. Dinner for hotel guests is prepared individually, on request. The restaurant has a children’s play corner with a camera, and the terrace seats 12 guests.

Weddings

We organise the whole wedding: ceremony, reception, decoration and guest accommodation in one place.

• Indoor venue for weddings of up to 65 guests.
• The hotel's conference room for weddings of up to 100 guests.
• Civil ceremony outdoors in the grounds, with a choice of wedding arch and furniture.
• Accommodation for up to 100 wedding guests, subject to an individual quote. Honeymoon apartment free of charge and reduced rates for guests.
• Music can normally play until 22:00, when night-time quiet hours begin; an extension can be requested from the city district authority.
• The packages Klasik, Great Gatsby and Bratislavská mestská svadba (Bratislava city wedding), or a wedding designed to your own wishes.
• Wedding coordinator services free of charge.
• Wedding menu by the BAROZA restaurant, home-made wedding cakes and pastries, floral decoration, printed place cards and menus.

Corporate events and team building

For companies we organise conferences, training courses, team building, company parties and sports training camps. We can host team-building events for groups of up to 120 people.

The conference room is 135 m² and has full technical equipment. It seats 120 in theatre style and 70 in classroom style (for training). Room hire starts from €600 + VAT, a coffee break costs €12 per person and a set lunch costs from €19.90.

On site you can try archery, the climbing wall and the multi-sport court, and there is a BBQ corner for barbecues. Off site you can go kayaking on the Danube, take a private boat cruise, cycle through the floodplain forests or ride quad bikes. Participants can stay overnight in the 42 rooms and apartments; spa entry is included for overnight guests.

Cyclists, kayaks and boat cruises

The hotel is 500 m from the Danube embankment, which carries the Danube Cycle Path (EuroVelo 6). By bike it is 13.5 km to the Danubiana gallery in Čunovo and about 8 km to Bratislava’s historic centre.

For cyclists we have secure, lockable bike storage, tools and e-bike charging. We rent out bikes for €25 per day. We can arrange kayak hire through DYC Marina Jarovce.

A private boat cruise on the Danube shows you Bratislava from the river. Cruises are for groups of at least 5 people, cost from €500, depending on the type of boat, and have a minimum hire of 3 hours; full-day cruises are also possible. Boarding is at DYC Marina Jarovce or DYC Marina Čunovo. A cruise is suitable for a stag or hen party or a business meeting, or as a gift.

Celebrations and barbecues

The BBQ corner by BAROZA is a private, reserved space right next to the multi-sport court. It is suitable for a family celebration, a company event or a get-together with friends. The BAROZA restaurant team prepares the barbecue food and refreshments to your requirements.

The BBQ corner takes up to 25 people and the season runs from April to September. Hire costs €1,000 + VAT per day. If the menu is prepared by the BAROZA restaurant, hire is €500 + VAT per day. The pool can be booked for a private party for an extra charge from €700; it is not a standard part of the hire.
